Please be sure to read through the terms and conditions before proceeding with the registration form.
Registration forms are considered incomplete until payment is received either in full or the first payment of an installment processes ( in accordance with selected payment option of the registration form ). If registration is administered over the phone, the registrar will gather necessary information over the phone for processing. Email / Mail invoice and confirmation will be sent once payment processes at which time registration process is complete. If method of registration is by mail the registrar will contact the applicant once completed application is received in our office. Applicant will have the option to pay by telephone or online at which time an invoice will be generated upon completion of the registration process. All payments are due within a max of 48 hours of registration. If payments are not received within 48 hours a reminder email and or telephone call will be generated to the applicant upon which a 10% late charge will apply to the total cost of the lessons applied for. Applicants are required to contact the office within 24 hours from the time reminder notification is received to remain eligible for any promotions, special offers and placement with the selected teacher. If payments are not received in a fashionable time your registration will be terminated. If applicant chooses to complete registration process after registration termination, all special offers shall no longer be applicable and payment must be received immediately over the telephone with the registrar to complete application process. We encourage all applicants to pay immediately after completing the registration form to ensure that no penalties occur and that limited spots are not filled pending the completion of the application process.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel your active session a (2) two week notice of your requested cancellation date is required to be considered for refund purposes regarding remaining untaught lessons. You will be fully reimbursed for all remaining lessons if previously stated terms are met. Failure to comply with cancellation procedures may result in ineligibility of full refund policies.
We understand that life can be unexpected at times, especially during current economic downturn. If you encounter any financial difficulties within your active session please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can address your specific situation and manage a solution in total privacy and in confidence of your situation. We respect your privacy and you can be sure that your financial situation will not be discussed with any other party and your information will be protected as stated in the privacy act of Canada.
Your first lesson is designed to ensure you and your teacher are a perfect teacher-student match. If you feel that your teacher does not posess that of which you require please contact us following the first lesson so that we can assign another teacher to you who will better fit your needs. If you choose however to discontinue for any reason before your second lesson, you will be fully reimbursed for all remaining lessons.
